Kim Roberts Wins University Award

Congratulations to Kim Roberts, Associate, who has received the 2019 Neil Archbold Memorial Travel Award and Medal from Deakin University for her peer-reviewed journal article, ‘The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Cenotaph and the Shadow Side of Spatial Research’. 

Kim will use the award to return to Hiroshima where she has been conducting her PhD research on the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park designed by Kenzo Tange. While in Hiroshima, she will disseminate her research findings and undertake further research on the recently refurbished Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

Kim is a registered architect with a background in contemporary architectural design; she has specialised in heritage architecture, planning and asset management for over fifteen years. We are proud to have her on our team.
